Alejandro Argento

Alejandro Argento is a lawyer and MBA (Gold Medal Honor) who works for the Argentina monetary authority (Banco Central de la Republica Argentina) with responsibility in trust founds and bank bankruptcy (liquidacion de entidades financieras).
Prior to his current position, he was a Senior Analyst at the Banco Central de la República Argentina (Central Bank).
Before that he was a legal advisor in the areas of commercial and tax issues to the Administration of la Entidad Binacional Yaciretá (EBY), which works to provide and sustain quality hydroelectric power sources.
At EBY he worked on the writing of the internal procedures and code of procedures for the Revisers Binational Commission of the appraisals conducted by the Court of appraisals of EBY.
Dr. Argento was also a partner in the law firm Gomila, Study, Argent & Associates where he practiced commercial law. He has been exhibited at the University of Argentina on his study of the treaty of Facilitation and the matter of commercial visa relations in mercosur
He was advisor of president of banco provincia de Buenos aires . HE IS PROFESSOR AT U.B.A. OF ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS .

Pablo Floria

Earned his Master Degree in Applied Political Studies from the International Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies (Fundación Internacional para Iberoamérica de Administración y Políticas Públicas –FIIAPP), in Madrid, Spain (2001-2002). He gained his Magister in International Relations from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, in 2008; having graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, in 1991.
He has taken diverse graduated courses, including, the III Symposium of the Jean Monnet Study Group (Universidad Complutense of Madrid, and the European Commission on Economic Integration Models); a Comparative Analysis of Criminal and Procedural Law in Argentina and the United States (School of Law, University of Buenos Aires); Tactics and Strategies in Criminal Law (School of Law, University of Buenos Aires).
He has co-authored the book La guerra de Malvinas desde la perspectiva de Clausewitz [The Malvinas War from Clausewitz’ Approach]; Editorial: U.B.A., Facultad de Derecho, Buenos Aires, 2000; and authored the book Derechos y Garantías en la Actividad de Inteligencia [Rights and Guarantees in Intelligence Activity], Escuela de Inteligencia [Argentine Intelligence Bureau], Buenos Aires, 2003.
He has held a professorship by contest on Criminal Law at the University of Buenos Aires, and is currently invited to lecture courses on Criminal Law, and Human Rights and Security.
He has lectured extensively in conferences and round tables on subjects within his field of specialty.
Mr. Floria is a consultant in different companies and institutions on criminal issues, and was advisor to the Argentine Social Security Authority [ANSES] on similar matters.

Carlos Zorraindo

Carlos P Zorraindo is a Senior Attorney in practice of law since 1974.
Between 1989 and 2000 was the Chief of Criminal Affairs Division at Policía Federal Argentina (Argentine Federal Police).
Now is Legal Advisor in that security force. During 2000 was the Legal Affairs Director of Minority Council. From 2002 to 2006 was in charge of Summary and Legal Departaments of the SRT (Superintendencia de Riesgos del Trabajo – Labour Risk Superintendence).
He also was Associate Profesor of Labour Law at Economic Science Faculty and Main Profesor in Criminal Procedure and Criminal Law at Federal Police Academy.
Wrote several articles of criminal affairs in specialized magazines, and dictated several conferences during annual Congress of Master Chiefs of Polices and Security Forces of Argentina.
